Booking Policy

​

All bookings require a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to secure any appointment or wedding booking. The deposit can be transferred to another appointment only if given at least 48 hours notice (note: this does not include wedding bookings). If you do not show up to your appointment you will lose your deposit and be required to pay the rest of the appointment balance before booking another appointment or the card on file will automatically be charged when marked as a no show.

A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. A credit note may be given but at the discretion of the business owner. This applies to all services and appointments in the salon.

Wedding bookings are only secured once bridal party have received a quote and have paid the 25% deposit. The remaining balance MUST be paid 2 weeks prior to the wedding date via bank transfer to the below business account:

Any complaints must be made within 24 hours of appointment in writing to info@bobbieandcabello.co.uk and will be dealt with individually. 

No refunds will be processed. All complaints with services within the salon will be looked at by the business owner.
